Refund policy

Returns are available for store credit ONLY!

Returns are only excepted for the reason of broken stones on arrival.

Please contact Vaquera Brand via Email, IG or FB within 48 hours of your order tracking being marked as delivered with the mail carrier. A photo of the product must also be supplied. 

The return must be received back by Vaquera Brand within 14 days of your return being approved. Proof of lodgement and tracking number is required.
